This is an Awesome Dealership, with amazing people. I live an hour and a half away and they worked with me over the phone for a few days until I made my final decision. We had a little miscommunication about my trade in which I honestly thought it was gonna be a deal breaker and I wouldn't get the Audi, but to my surprise they worked hard to get me approved with my negative equity. Usually when you go to purchase a new car your thinking long waits and expecting to take up half your day but by the time I got there they literally had basically everything ready to go. I took the car for a test drive, loved it of course, we came back and they had paperwork ready to go. I was in and out in under an hour. Ethan is super friendly and he is on top of his stuff. Tyler was great to work with as was the rest of the team. The GM worked out a pricing deal with me to get me into the car I loved. The only reason the dealership isn’t getting a 5 star review is the detailing on the vehicle wasn’t great and I had to go in and clean a bunch of dirt and brown spots out of the cup holders, storage in front of cup holders, and in the doors as soon as I got home.

Tyler was great to work with as was the rest of the team. The GM worked out a pricing deal with me to get me into the car I loved. The only reason the dealership isn’t getting a 5 star review is the detailing on the vehicle wasn’t great and I had to go in and clean a bunch of dirt and brown spots out of the cup holders, storage in front of cup holders, and in the doors as soon as I got home.
